Staff training and recipe testing
With the new sandwich, we knew it was essential to have a recipe that would turn out consistently great-tasting food. We needed to test the recipe, and train staff on how to make this sandwich with speed and accuracy. So, a couple of our staff members got to work testing recipes, while others took on the task of teaching other cooks how to make this new sandwich in just a few steps. We ended up with two different recipes that turned out great every time.
